The amount of text – from 12000 to 40000 characters (including spaces). Font – Times New Roman, size – 12 (in tables and figures – 11), line spacing – 1.0, paragraph indentation – 1 cm, margins – 2 cm on each side.

Title of the article (in Russian and in English).

Full name of the author (in Russian and English).

Abstract (in Russian and in English). Volume – from 200 to 300 words. The abstract is a brief overview of the article, presenting the main content and conclusions of the study. It serves as a reference tool that adequately represents a larger scientific study. No citation is used in the abstract.

Keywords (in Russian and in English) – from 5 to 10 words / phrases – should reflect the main content of the article, coincide with the basic terms of the study, define (mark) the area of knowledge, subject area and subject matter of the study.

The text of the article (logical structure: introduction, methodology, main part, conclusions).

The bibliography includes from 3 to 20 sources, including at least 2 academic foreign sources published in the last 5 years, indexed, as a rule, in The WOS and Scopus databases. Each source from the bibliography list must be cited at least once in the text; all sources are referenced within the text in square brackets: [Ivanov, 2018]. Any mention in the text of the article of the names of scientists and researchers should be accompanied by references to their work. All bibliographic references to electronic resources must include a link to the web page from which the text is borrowed, and the date of circulation. Use of reference-encyclopedic and educational-methodical literature (provided with a stamp of Federal UMO, etc.) as sources – no more than 25% of the total number of sources. The list of sources is drawn up in accordance with the accepted standard (GOST R 7.0.5-2008 “Bibliographic reference”), is submitted to the end of the article. Sources are listed in alphabetical order.

References (list of sources in transliteration with English translation). The numbering of sources must correspond to the numbering in the original author’s Russian language.

When translating the English version of the article title, abstract and keywords, as well as the list of references, it is necessary to use the services of academic specialists competent in this field of knowledge. The use of automatic translators is not allowed.


The application shall contain information about the author(in Russian and in English), including: surname, name, patronymic, place of work/study, academic position indicating the unit, postal address of the organization, academic degree, academic title, contact phone number, e-mail address of the author, ORCID.


The author grants the publication the right of first publication of scientific materials under the Creative Commons Attribution – NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, retaining the copyright.

All scientific materials are available for public access: issues of the publication, as well as individual articles are available for reading, downloading and further work without any additional restrictions on the basis of this license. It is important to note that according to this license:

  • when using scientific materials, it is necessary to refer to their authors and the original publication in the BENEFICIUM edition (subject to the citation rules);
  • it is not allowed to use scientific materials of the publication for commercial purposes.
