THE EVOLUTION OF THE FINANCIAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY UNDER THE PRESSURE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

Artificial intelligence, developing actively, is gradually turning into one of the most important technologies of the XXI century and turns out to be the main driver of the country’s economic development. Currently, the intensive development of artificial intelligence technologies and neurotechnologies has a powerful transformational impact on various spheres of human activity. The article provides an overview of the current trends in the development and improvement of artificial intelligence and examines the process of its active penetration into the financial sector, both considering its various advantages and potential disadvantages, risks and challenges associated with its implementation. The spread of artificial intelligence in the financial sector is avalanche-like in nature and is characterized by the variety, complexity and sensitivity of the problems that arise in this case, requiring an integrated and systematic approach, considering the level of development of the proposed technological solutions of artificial intelligence. The authors examined the state of development of artificial intelligence, applied technologies that can transform financial relations, considered and evaluated the potential conditions for their development. The article also examines the conditions for the introduction and development of artificial intelligence in the financial sector, which depend on increasing the availability and quality of data, software, computing power and infrastructure, the degree of development of scientific thought and research, and the level of professional competencies. Artificial intelligence technologies are the basis for the implementation and development of applied financial technologies, therefore, the article examines the prospects for the development of AI, identifies the types of trends, suggests approaches and tools and technologies for their implementation.
