The creation of a modern healthcare system in Russia that would meet the highest international standards implies a simultaneous improvement in both the quality and availability of medical care. In the context of a difficult economic and sanitary-epidemiological situation, as well as due to the large territorial extent of the country and negative changes in its demography, the implementation of this task requires new technological solutions aimed at further digitalization of all processes of medical care.
