Abstract

The main idea of the article is that the success of an organization’s quality management system (QMS) in modern conditions is impossible without the active participation of personnel. Motivation, active personnel involvement, ensuring their competence and development (international standard recommendations ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9004-2019, ISO 10015, ISO 10018, etc.) are the main factors determining the effectiveness of quality management systems, and therefore the organization as a whole. In accordance with the standards of the organization, the QMS should determine, evaluate and improve the processes, including personnel, necessary for its effective functioning. The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of HRP practices on the effectiveness of the quality management system. The objective of the study is to substantiate the role of human resources in the processes of implementing and maintaining a successful QMS, for which it is necessary to bring it in line with the practice of working with personnel. The issues of the increasing influence of human capital in a modern organization quality management system are considered, the key stages of the transformation of the role of human resources in quality issues are highlighted. Approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the organization’s human resource management processes based on a review of international standards in this area are described. The methods of comparative analysis, induction and deduction were used when writing the article. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using the proposed conclusions when implementing QMS and evaluating the effectiveness of quality management in organizations.
