Abstract

The author's approach to systematizing data on the personal qualities of employees in order to develop professionalism in given working conditions is presented in the article. A systematic approach has been developed to characterize competence and form prerequisites for developing the professionalism of the company's personnel. A scientific research hypothesis was formed, based on which an effective personnel management program can be based on identifying and systematizing data about the personal characteristics of employees. Personal characteristics essential for managing an organization can be represented by the volitional competence formed by the willpower of the staff. A method has been developed to identify the necessary personal and professional qualities and skills of personnel in meat processing enterprises, based on the multidimensional processing of sociological research data. The method proposes to consider a set of personal characteristics of company personnel as a systematic list of essential advantages for the implementation of specific production tasks. It is assumed that this approach will ensure maximum adaptability of personnel and minimize costs for training and retraining. To identify hidden patterns in the formation of personal competence as the basis for professionalism, a method of processing sociological data is proposed, which combines multidimensional data analysis techniques. To automate calculation procedures and a package of software is recommended that allows for the implementation of the entire set of computational tasks. The proposed method for systematizing information on personnel competencies in the management of personnel at an enterprise was tested in conditions of meat processing companies. The patterns of distribution of volitional characteristics were revealed, based on which proposals were made for systematizing personal competencies for the development of specific types of professional activities that have an appropriate expression. Mathematical formalization of these patterns has been performed to organize decision support systems for allocating personnel by type of professional activity based on volitional characteristics. The main goal of the proposed solutions is to minimize the cost of the company's adaptation to new working conditions by taking into account the internal characteristics of each individual employee. Additionally, these solutions aim to create more effective professional development programs by organizing a more efficient selection process for potential employees.
