INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION IN THE CONTEXT OF STRENGTHENING TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY
Abstract
In the situation when the global leaders of technological development, primarily the United States and Western European countries, impose restrictions on the export and use of technologies and innovative developments in order to maintain their leadership positions, strengthening technological sovereignty has become a priority for the strategic development of many countries, including Russia. It is necessary to create an "exchange fund" of technologies and innovations, which will serve as a basis for negotiations with the leaders of innovative development to achieve this goal. In today's environment having proprietary innovative developments is a crucial factor in the global market competition and contributes to the security of a country. High-tech industries are the suppliers of such innovations and technologies. It is impossible to ensure the country's technological sovereignty without their innovative development. In this regard, it is necessary to establish which factors in the current circumstances affect the innovative activity of high-tech industries and what measures will ensure the innovative development of enterprises in the high-tech sector of the economy. The purpose of this article is to identify priority measures for ensuring the innovative development of high-tech industries in the con-text of strengthening technological sovereignty. The object of research is the innovative processes of high-tech industries. The article analyzes the level of innovative development in high-tech industries, presents the dynamics of innovative activity, the share of high-tech enterprises engaged in technological innovations, and the costs of innovative activities for the peri-od from 2020 to 2023. The authors also analyze the structure of costs for innovative activities by type for 2022 and 2023. The article identifies the factors that influence the innovative development of high-tech industries in Russia and identifies priority areas for ensuring the innovative development of high-tech enterprises.
