Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the experience of personnel engagement management in foreign and domestic companies. The fact that loyalty and engagement have a significant impact on the performance of organizations requires no proof, so an increasing number of companies in Russia and abroad are making a lot of efforts in this direction. Leading large companies in developed countries are constantly improving and expanding methods of attracting and retaining employees. The article considers the experience of such American companies as Google, Cisco, Hilton, Enter and others. In Russia, much attention to the formation and development of personnel involvement is paid mainly in large companies such as Russian Railways, Megafon, Tele2, Rosatom, Sberbank, VTB, MTS and many others. However, in many companies this process is just beginning, in some of them the approaches being formed are not successful enough, and some organizations still adhere to a long-outdated model of personnel management, where financial interests prevail, an authoritarian management style dominates, an undeveloped corporate culture. The results of the study will be useful to the management of such enterprises in terms of improving the efficiency of personnel management. The events of recent years have made adjustments to the practice of personnel management in general and to programs for the formation and development of personnel involvement, in particular, both in Russia and abroad. The expansion of the practice of remote work, largely as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the increase in the level of employee stress due to the growing uncertainty of the external environment have led to the need to shift the focus of programs to increase staff adaptability to changes, provide psychological support and maintain financial stability.
